High purity compounds

At Bekina® Compounds, we produce high-quality, pure compounds for applications with strict requirements, such as cosmetics and other personal care uses. We have the experience, the machines and the necessary procedures to produce high-purity compounds. Our production lines are designed in such a way that all components, machines and areas can be thoroughly cleaned using CO2 cleaning. Throughout the entire process, access to these areas is strictly limited to selected, trained personnel, who may only enter wearing appropriate protective clothing. In this way we guarantee consistently clean production, fully in line with the high standards that our customers expect.

High purity rubber compounds use base polymers such as silicone, EPDM, (H)NBR, EVA, PE, IIR or others to provide optimum purity, chemical resistance and temperature range for critical applications in the medical, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries.
